A new randomized controlled trial by Amit Singh and team from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, and Manipal Academy of Higher Education suggests that a structured scientific yoga program delivered online may substantially improve physical health, mental well-being, fatigue, stress, and overall quality of life for people with hypothyroidism.
